Bashir and Bashar

BashirbasharThe Arab League Summit in Algeria has just ended, leaving in its wake no shortage of fabulous photographs.

When the handful of unelected dictators who control the lives of hundreds of millions of people get together, there are bound to be classic moments. After all, it's a gathering of the unaccountable - and when you're unaccountable you tend to do wacky things.

OrDoesItExplode? should soon be unveiling a gallery of priceless moments from the summit. In the meantime, enjoy this shot of Omar al-Bashir greeting Bashar Assad. It's the man responsible for the death of well over a million Sudanese shaking the hand of the opthamologist-turned-dictator.

Both Bashir and Bashar have been in the hotseat in the past few months, perhaps more so than any other of their fellow Middle East dictators. But so far both seem to be getting away with... well, murder.
