As noted earlier this week, the edgy Moroccan magazine TelQuel is celebrating International Women's Day by spotlighting... well, women (and by feminizing its name to "TelleQuelle"). Included is a neat little profile of two all-female high-school hard-rock groups.
Or Does It Explode? has taken a shining to one of the groups, Glam Insane, and discovered some fascinating photos from their website and from a Rabat high-school hard-rock music festival (dubbed "Bands Meeting 2004") they performed at. As you enjoy these cool pix, contemplate what all this adolescent rebellion in the heart of Rabat might lead to.
