A fascinating article in the latest edition of the Atlantic Monthly has a titillating title that doesn't fail to disappoint: The Kingdom in the Closet. Dig the opening summary:
Sodomy is punishable by death in Saudi Arabia, but gay life flourishes there. Why it is “easier to be gay than straight” in a society where everyone, homosexual and otherwise, lives in the closet.
Why, indeed? Read the whole article.
Is it really a good idea to blog subscription only articles? I started reading the article and then found out that I can't finish it as I am not subscribed. Sucks.

to be gay is something really difficult there, because it's true most of them live in the closet, but when they go out of it, the discrimination is something almost insupportable and very difficult of overcome for them. Besides, they could die, due to the fact the Sodomy is punishable by death.

It should fit around your waist, sitting on top of your hips, and only cause discomfort when it puts pressure on your hips and only during a heavy lift.

Discrimination is one of the most difficult things to live with, that's why people offen prefer to be in the closet than being disriminated..
