Dig this news photo of Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman al-Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain:
As the caption notes, the Prime Minister just received the 2006 Special Citation of the Habitat Scroll of Honour at the United Nations (yes, the 2006 Special Citation). This, ladies and gentlemen, is the same man who blocks Google Earth so Bahrainis can't see over the fence into his sprawling personal habitat.
