Rather juvenile, but it's a slow day...
Back in the 1980s, it was dictators like Qaddafi who got this sort of pop culture treatment, as the wacky hostile despot. In the 1990s, Saddam ably filled the role (see the trailer for the old Charlie Sheen classic Hot Shots Part Deux). But now in the age of YouTube, we've got a Persian Prince to play the part.
